以烤烟品种NC55为材料,研究了豆饼与化肥配施对植烟土壤无机氮素供应及相关酶活性的影响。结果表明:土壤中无机氮素含量在烤烟移栽后第50天达到最大值,此期70%化肥+30%饼肥处理土壤中无机氮素含量高于其他处理;单施化肥处理其土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、硝酸还原酶低于化肥与豆饼配施的处理;70%饼肥+30%化肥处理的蔗糖酶、脲酶、硝酸还原酶活性均在烟草需肥关键时期高于其他处理。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of soybean cake and chemical fertilizer on the supply of inorganic nitrogen and related enzyme activities in tobacco plants. The results showed that the content of inorganic nitrogen in soil reached the maximum value at the 50th day after transplanting, and the content of inorganic nitrogen in the soil treated with 70% fertilizer + 30% cake fertilizer was higher than other treatments in this period. The soil sucrase , Urease and nitrate reductase were lower than that of chemical fertilizer and bean cake. The activities of sucrase, urease and nitrate reductase of 70% cake fertilizer and 30% fertilizer were higher than those of other treatments at critical period of tobacco demand.
