缠绕成型的秆稚增强复合材料是一种正交异性材料。本文综述了这类材料的弹性模量的确定方法。首先讨论了单层复合材料,给出了弹性模量的定义、弹性模量随坐标轴旋转的变化和虎克定律的两种形式,并且初步介绍了耦合效应的概念。接着列出了用组成成份的性质来计算单层复合材料弹性模量的公式,着重介绍了这些弹性模量的实验测定,包括平板拉伸试件的加工、试验方法和注意事项,文中列出了典型的试验结果。这一部分工作是101研究室的实验小组共同进行的。最后,给出了交叉迭层复合材料弹性模量的计算公式。为了实用起见,这些公式是针对圆筒形压力容器的封头和圆筒段两部分分别列出的,并且介绍了考虑金属内衬时的计算公式。列出了计算实例。
Wound stranded reinforced composite material is an orthotropic material. This article reviews the methods for determining the elastic modulus of such materials. Firstly, the single-layer composites were discussed. The definition of elastic modulus, the change of elastic modulus with the rotation of coordinate axes and the two forms of Hooke’s law were given. The concept of coupling effect was also introduced. Then, the formula for calculating the elastic modulus of the single-layer composite with the properties of the composition is listed, and the experimental determination of these elastic moduli is emphatically introduced, including the processing, test methods and precautions of the flat tensile specimen, which are listed in the article The typical test results. This part of the work is carried out by the 101 research team’s experimental team. Finally, the formulas for calculating the elastic modulus of cross-laminated composite materials are given. For practical purposes, these formulas are listed separately for the head and the barrel section of a cylindrical pressure vessel and the formulas for calculating the metal liner are introduced.
