考虑到复杂产品项目任务间的耦合关系易导致项目返工,本文在模糊设计结构矩阵(Fuzzy Design Structure Matrix,FDSM)模型的基础上研究工作分解结构(Work Breakdown Structure,WBS)耦合任务的优化。首先利用WBS的网络特性构建了WBS的T-T任务网络模型,并结合其与FDSM模型的相似性,提出了WBS的FDSM模型,其次通过FDSM的截距法完成耦合任务的识别,并采用割裂算法、解耦操作对耦合任务进行优化,最后通过实例验证了本文解耦方法的有效性:优化后的FDSM模型具有较低的耦合度。
Considering that the coupling relationship between tasks of complex product projects tends to lead to project rework, this paper studies the optimization of the coupling task of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based on Fuzzy Design Structure Matrix (FDSM) model. Firstly, the WBS TT task network model is constructed based on the network characteristics of WBS, and the FDSM model of WBS is proposed based on its similarity with FDSM model. Secondly, the FDSM model is used to identify the coupling task and the segmentation algorithm is adopted. The decoupling operation is used to optimize the coupling task. Finally, an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the decoupling method in this paper. The optimized FDSM model has a lower coupling degree.
