介绍了机械搅拌法制备金属及其复合材料的工艺及特性,综述了机械搅拌法对金属及其复合材料在凝固过程和凝固组织中的影响。提出机械搅拌法是改善金属及其复合材料凝固组织,提高其性能的有效途径,并对机械搅拌凝固细晶技术的前景进行了展望。
The technology and characteristics of metal and its composites by mechanical agitation are introduced. The effects of mechanical agitation method on the solidification process and solidification of metals and their composites are summarized. It is proposed that the mechanical agitation method is an effective way to improve the solidified structure and improve the properties of the metal and its composite materials. The prospect of mechanical agitation solidification fine grained technology is also forecasted.
