2021年,辽宁省人大常委会在不断助力辽宁省优化营商环境建设基础上,再出三记重拳,用法治守护营商环境.rn2021年初,辽宁省人大常委会就把社会信用环境立法列入年度立法计划.《辽宁省社会信用条例》于2021年11月26日经辽宁省十三届人大常委会第三十次会议表决通过,于2022年1月1日正式施行,这是辽宁省社会信用建设领域的首部基础性法规.
