目的:探讨CR系统在野战条件下的应用价值。方法:采集2007-01—2007-09374例使用Kodak CR系统行X线检查的影像资料,分析图像的显示情况。结果:374例患者中有76例原始图像显示欠佳,其中52例主要因曝光条件不恰当、20例因患者呼吸不当、运动模糊引起图像显示不佳,经CR处理后图像得到了相应的改善,最终完全满足临床诊治。另4例由于扫描IP时停电,经CR处理后图像质量无明显改善。结论:CR系统在野战条件下的应用是完全可行的,并可望得到进一步发展。
Objective: To explore the value of CR system under field conditions. Methods: 2007-01-2007-09374 cases of Kodak CR system using X-ray imaging data acquisition, analysis of the image display. RESULTS: Of the 374 patients, 76 showed poor original images, of which 52 were mainly due to inappropriate exposure conditions, 20 were poorly breathe, 20 poorly imaged due to ambulatory motion, and were improved after CR treatment , Eventually fully meet the clinical diagnosis and treatment. The other 4 cases due to power outages when scanning IP, no significant improvement in image quality after CR treatment. Conclusion: The application of CR system under field conditions is completely feasible and is expected to be further developed.
