1资料与方法1.1一般资料资料选自2010年8月至2012年8月在本院确诊为糖尿病足的患者58例,其中男32例,女26例,年龄43～72岁,平均年龄(56±6.84)岁,病程3～16年;糖尿病足发生部位:足跟27例,足背12例,足趾19例;溃疡大小1.8～10.2cm,溃疡发生原因:烫伤8例,外伤13例,自发性水疱破溃19例,鞋子磨伤12例,脚癣与鸡眼抓伤感染6例。58例患者入院时空腹血糖8.0～19.5mmol/L,平均血糖(14±6.75)
1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information data were from 58 patients with diabetic foot diagnosed in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2012, including 32 males and 26 females, aged from 43 to 72 years with an average age of 56 ± 6.84) years of age, duration of 3-16 years; diabetic foot site: heel in 27 cases, 12 cases of dorsal foot in 19 cases; ulcer size of 1.8 ~ 10.2cm, ulcer causes: scald in 8 cases, trauma in 13 cases, 19 cases of spontaneous blisters rupture, shoes, 12 cases of abrasion, athlete’s foot and corns scratched infection in 6 cases. 58 patients admitted to hospital fasting blood glucose 8.0 ~ 19.5mmol / L, mean blood glucose (14 ± 6.75)
