到目前为止,lAPs(inhibitor of apoptosis protein)家族已发现8个成员:CIAPl(HIAPl)、CIAP2(HIAP2)、NIAP、XIAP(ILPl)、ILP2、Survivin、Bruce/Apollon及Livin(ML-IAP/KIAP)。Livin是IAPs家族的新成员,是重要的细胞凋亡调节因子,具有很明显的细胞选择性,特异地表达于人的胚胎组织和大多数实体瘤中,Livin在IAPs家族中抑制细胞凋亡、诱导细胞增殖的作用是越来越引起人们的关注和重视。本文就Livin的结构、功能及其在恶性肿瘤中发生、发展,以及诊治预后中的作用作一综述。
To date, eight members of the lAPs (inhibitor of apoptosis protein) family have been identified: CIAP1 (HIAP1), CIAP2 (HIAP2), NIAP, XIAP (ILP1), ILP2, Survivin, Bruce / Apollon and Livin ). Livin, a new member of the IAPs family, is an important regulator of apoptosis. It has obvious cell selectivity and is specifically expressed in human embryonic tissues and most solid tumors. This review summarizes the structure and function of Livin and its role in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors and prognosis.
