TRD水泥土搅拌墙在深大基坑工程中的应用逐渐增多。TRD水泥土搅拌墙在施工过程中不可避免会对邻近土体产生扰动,在复杂的城市环境中水泥土搅拌墙施工扰动可能对周边环境产生一定的影响。在上海虹桥商务区一期08地块项目、上海新闸路西斯文理项目和上海国际金融中心项目基坑工程中,超深水泥土搅拌墙试成墙实施期间对邻近土体侧向位移、地表沉降进行了监测,根据监测结果对水泥土搅拌墙施工环境影响作了系统分析。分析结果表明,TRD水泥土搅拌墙施工过程中对周边环境的影响总体较小,邻近地表最大沉降和土体侧向位移均小于10mm,主要影响范围在10m之内,并基于敏感环境的保护要求提出了控制墙体施工微变形影响的技术措施。
The application of TRD cement soil mixing wall in deep foundation pit engineering is increasing. In the process of construction, the TRD cement-soil mixing wall will inevitably cause disturbance to the adjacent soil. In complicated urban environment, the disturbance of the cement-soil mixing wall construction may have an impact on the surrounding environment. In Shanghai Hongqiao Business Park Phase I 08 project, Shanghai Xinzha Road Sisiwen project and Shanghai International Finance Center project foundation pit project, the ultra-deep soil cement mixing wall test wall during the implementation of the adjacent soil lateral displacement, surface The settlement was monitored. According to the monitoring results, the influence of the construction environment of cement-soil mixing wall was systematically analyzed. The analysis results show that the influence of TRD cement soil mixing wall on the surrounding environment is generally small, the maximum settlement near the surface and the lateral displacement of soil are less than 10mm, the main influence range is within 10m, and based on the protection requirements of sensitive environment The technical measures to control the effect of micro-deformation of wall construction are proposed.
