采用了附着力测定仪、冲击试验器、冲蚀磨损试验机等手段,对纳米复合涂层、普通涂层的附着力、耐冲击性和抗冲蚀磨损性能进行了研究。探讨了无机物颗粒形态和尺度等因素对两种涂层抗,中蚀磨损性能的影响。结果表明,由于纳米粒子的增强、增韧效果明显,使得纳米复合涂层比普通涂层具有更好的抗冲蚀磨损性能。
Adopting adhesion tester, impact tester and erosion tester, the adhesion, impact resistance and abrasion resistance of nanocomposite coatings and common coatings were studied. The influences of the morphology and scale of inorganic particles on the anti-wear and anti-wear properties of the two coatings were discussed. The results show that due to the enhancement of the nano-particles, the toughening effect is obvious, which makes the nanocomposite coating have better erosion and abrasion resistance than the ordinary coating.
