我厂生产泰山—25拖拉机,其提升部分的扁钢件(45钢,料厚10毫米),需冲三个φ13毫米的孔.采用一次冲孔,因为料厚,三孔距离又近(孔距26毫米),冲孔过程互相挤压,使凸模承受很大的侧向力,所以每个凸模约冲二百多次就折断了.后来改为单冲,每次冲一个孔,但凸模的寿命也只有五百次左右,而且单冲效率低,不能满足生产要求.针对上述问题,我们不断摸索,作了以下几方面的改进.
