目的　评估应用结膜切除、角膜表层切除和氰丙烯酸酯组织粘合剂联合治疗蚕蚀性角膜溃疡的疗效。方法　 13例 15只眼蚕蚀性角膜溃疡应用结膜切除、角膜表层切除、氰丙烯酸酯组织粘合剂及局部、全身皮质类固醇联合方法进行治疗。病变严重程度根据角膜损害的厚度及病变范围来判断。结果　 12只眼 (80 % )以血管性角膜斑痕完全愈合。3只眼 (2 0 % )用此方法治疗失败。结论　早期应用氰丙稀酸酯组织粘合剂等联合治疗的方法可以有效地治疗蚕蚀性角膜溃疡 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of conjunctival resection, corneal surface dissection and cyanoacrylate adhesive in the treatment of Mooren ulcer. Methods Thirteen 15 cases of Mooren ’s corneal ulcer were treated by conjunctival resection, corneal surface excision, cyanoacrylate adhesive and local and systemic corticosteroid combination. The severity of the lesion is based on the thickness of the corneal lesion and the extent of the lesion. Results 12 eyes (80%) completely healed with vascular corneal scar. Three eyes (20%) failed this treatment. Conclusion The early application of cyanoacrylate adhesive such as tissue adhesive treatment can effectively treat Mooren ulcer
