针对模糊控制方法应用到实际工业系统时遇到的一些问题,比如建立反映实际对象特性的隶属度需要试凑,但是实际系统不具备试凑条件等,本文提出了一种基于IT2FIM(区间二型模糊逆模型)的控制方案。该方案借助内模控制思想和区间二型模糊推理方法,首先由区间二型模糊系统辨识被控对象的逆模型,其次确定模糊内模控制器的隶属度约束范围,并通过优化得到精确的隶属度,最后设计实现对非线性、大滞后被控对象的有效控制。文中设计的控制系统首先在3个典型模型上进行了数值仿真,结果验证了其有效性,随后针对乙烯裂解炉对象,设计实现了其炉温的平稳高效控制。
Aiming at some problems encountered when fuzzy control method is applied to practical industrial system, such as establishing a membership degree that reflects the actual object characteristics, it is necessary to try the trial and error, but the actual system does not have the trial and error conditions. In this paper, a new algorithm based on IT2FIM Fuzzy inverse model) control scheme. In the scheme, by means of internal model control theory and interval type II fuzzy inference method, the inverse model of the controlled object is identified by the interval type 2 fuzzy system first, then the membership degree of the fuzzy internal model controller is determined, and the accurate membership Degree, the final design to achieve effective control of non-linear, large lag controlled object. The control system designed in this paper first numerical simulation on three typical models, the results verify its effectiveness, and then targeted at the object of ethylene cracking furnace, designed to achieve a smooth and efficient control of the furnace temperature.
