目的:探讨在纸塑包装和棉布包装条件下,低温真空甲醛的灭菌效果。方法:采用自研的140L低温真空甲醛灭菌箱,试验组将被灭菌器械装入纸塑包装袋,对照组将被灭菌器械装入装入32支纱的四层棉布包装袋,采用其低温甲醛灭菌箱0.125%甲醛溶液、箱内温度62℃、灭菌时间30分钟的自动程控灭菌程序。两组灭菌效果监测均采用常规和PVD加强型生物指示剂。结果:试验组的常规和PVD加强型生物指示剂全部杀灭,对照组常规和PVD加强型生物指示剂未被全部杀灭。结论:纸塑材料作为被灭菌物品的包装,灭菌效果可靠;而棉布材料作为低温真空甲醛蒸汽被灭菌物品的包装,达不到理想的灭菌效果。
Objective: To investigate the sterilization effect of vacuum vacuum formaldehyde in paper-plastic packaging and cotton packaging. Methods: The self-made 140L cryogenic vacuum sterilizing box was used. The experimental group was filled with sterilized instruments into paper-plastic packaging bags. The control group was filled with sterilized equipment into four- The low temperature formaldehyde sterilization box 0.125% formaldehyde solution, the temperature inside the box 62 ℃, sterilization time 30 minutes automatic program-controlled sterilization program. Sterilization monitoring of both groups were performed using conventional and PVD-enhanced biological indicators. Results: All the conventional and PVD-enhanced biological indicators in the experimental group were completely killed, whereas the conventional and PVD-enhanced biological indicators in the control group were not completely killed. Conclusion: The paper-plastic material is reliable as the packaging of the sterilized articles, and the sterilization effect is reliable. However, the cotton cloth material is packed by the sterilized articles as the low-temperature vacuum formaldehyde vapor, which can not achieve the desired sterilization effect.
