今年9月,省人大常委会副主任符桂花同志带领省人大常委会华侨外事工委调研组对我省华侨投资权益保护情况开展了专题调研。调研组首先在海口召开了座谈研讨会,与省发展与改革委员会、省商务厅、省外事侨务办公室、省工商行政管理局、省工业与信息化厅、省国土环境资源厅等有关部门一起研究探讨我省华侨投资保护情况;接着赴琼海、五指山等市县开展调研,通过召开情况汇报会、座谈会,实地考察、走访等方式,深入了解侨资企业的情况;调研组还委托海口、三亚、文昌和澄迈等重点侨乡市县对本地区华侨投资权益保护情况开展调研,并书面报告调研情况。通过上述调研活动,调研组对所掌握的情况进行了认真研究和综合分析,提出了进一步做好我省华侨投资权益保护工作的意见和建议。本刊将调研情况汇报摘要刊登如下。 In September this year, Comrade Fu Guihua, deputy director of the Provincial People’s Congress, led the research group of Overseas Chinese Affairs Working Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress to carry out special investigations on the protection of the rights and interests of overseas Chinese in our province. Through the above research activities, the research team conducted a rigorous study and comprehensive analysis of the situation held and put forward opinions and suggestions on further protecting the investment rights and interests of overseas Chinese in our province.
