本文报道60例肺心病并冠心病患者动态心电图分析。男性58例,女性2例。年龄40～82岁,平均年龄60.48岁。肺心病并冠心病24小时平均心率80.94次/分,明显高于老年人及正常人。70岁以上心率明显减慢。室早和房早白天检出率高于夜间。室早白天检出率88.3％,夜间检出率70％;房早白天检出率83.3％,夜间房早检出率68％。动态心电图观察ST-T改变明显。36例有ST段异常。常规心电图仅有4例异常。本文动态心电图观察对肺心病并冠心病诊断有一定临床意义。
This article reports 60 cases of pulmonary heart disease and coronary heart disease in patients with dynamic electrocardiogram analysis. 58 males and 2 females. Aged 40 to 82 years old, with an average age of 60.48 years. Pulmonary heart disease and coronary heart disease 24 hours average heart rate 80.94 beats / min, significantly higher than the elderly and normal. Heart rate was significantly slower than 70 years old. Early morning and early morning room detection rate higher than at night. Room early detection rate of 88.3% during the day, night detection rate of 70%; room detection rate was 83.3% early morning, morning room early detection rate of 68%. Holter observation of ST-T changes significantly. 36 cases had ST-segment abnormalities. Conventional ECG only 4 abnormalities. This dynamic ECG observation of pulmonary heart disease and coronary heart disease have some clinical significance.
