一、均衡重式垂直升船机的一般介绍均衡重式垂直升船机早在一百多年以前世界上就有了实践先例。它的基本原理是用重锤(均衡重)来平均承船箱带水的重量,以驱动机械来克服整个运动系统的阻力,使承船箱在上下港之间升降。承船箱和均衡重用链条或绳缆来悬挂;也曾经有人提出过利用天平梁来悬挂承船箱和均衡重的设计方案,但由于结构非常笨重、造价高,因而得不到重观和实践。这种利用均衡重来平衡承船箱重量的均衡重式垂直升船机,驱动机械只需克服运动系统的阻力,因而所需功率是不大的。在条件适合时,也可设计为两个承船箱互相平衡的双线升船机。这样将使运动质量得到充分利用。
I. General Introduction to Balanced Heavy Vertical Shiplift Equilibrium heavy lift shiplift has a precedent of practice in the world more than 100 years ago.
