近20年来,中国的城市化突飞猛进,如今,在上海、北京、广州、杭州等国内一线城市,越来越多的开发商把打造城市综合体作为自己的目标。所谓“城市综合体”是将城市中的商业、办公、居住、旅店、展览、餐饮、会议、文娱和交通等城市生活空间的三项以上进行组合,并在各部分间建立一种相互依存、相互助益的能动关系,从而形成一个多功能、高效率的综合体。城市综合体基本具备了现代城市的全部功能,也被称为“城中之城”。
In the past two decades, urbanization in China has been advancing by leaps and bounds. Nowadays, more and more developers in China’s first-tier cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Hangzhou have made urban complex their own goal. The so-called “city complex ” is the city of commercial, office, residence, hotels, exhibitions, restaurants, conventions, entertainment and transportation of urban living space for more than three combinations, and in various parts of a mutual Dependent, mutual help and active relations, thus forming a multi-functional, high-efficiency complex. The city complex basically has all the functions of a modern city, also known as the “city of the city.”
