观察藻兰春饮料对大鼠饲喂高脂饲料引起的高脂血症的影响。结果显示：该饮料能有效地抑制高脂饲料大鼠血清中胆固醇和甘油三酯含量，并能提高血清的ＨＤＬ－Ｃ水平。
To observe the effect of Alnus sepculata on hyperlipidemia induced by high fat diet in rats. The results showed that: The beverage can effectively inhibit high fat diet serum cholesterol and triglyceride content, and can increase serum HDL-C levels.
