初中语文教学中后进生的教育转化工作,是语文教育教学工作中不可回避的现实问题,也是直接关系到全面贯彻党的教育方针,真正落实素质教育的重大课题。从分析后进生成因、如何融洽良好的师生情感,采取灵活多样的方法激发后进生学习兴趣和对后进生心理引导等方面论述了如何有效转化语文学习后进生的几点思考和实践体会。
The educational transformation of postgraduates in Chinese teaching in junior high schools is an unavoidable practical problem in Chinese teaching and learning. It is also an important issue directly related to the full implementation of the party’s education policy and the implementation of quality education. This paper discusses how to effectively transform the thinking of postgraduates into Chinese students and their experiences in the aspects of analyzing the factors that lead to their birth, how to get along well with their teachers and students ’emotions, adopting flexible and varied methods to stimulate post-graduation students’ interest in learning and guiding students in later life.
