随着人类基因组研究的不断深入,目前已进入大规模测序和基因功能的分析与鉴定阶段。要尽快读通读懂人类10万个基因,基因功能的分析与鉴定尤为重要。本文综述了SAGE、微点阵分析法、遗传足迹法、蛋白质组分析及生物信息学研究5种基因功能分析与鉴定的新方法,它们的共同点是实现了由单一分析到规模、批量分析的转变,这有利于加快对序列与基因、基因与蛋白质及蛋白质与疾病之间关系的全面理解,从而推进人类基因组研究进程。
With the deepening of human genome research, it has entered the stage of large-scale sequencing and gene function analysis and identification. To read and understand human 100,000 genes as soon as possible, gene function analysis and identification is particularly important. This article reviews new methods for the functional analysis and identification of five genes by SAGE, microarray analysis, genetic footprint analysis, proteomic analysis and bioinformatics. The common denominator is to achieve a comprehensive analysis of single gene analysis, size and batch analysis This helps to speed up the human genome research process by accelerating a complete understanding of the relationship between sequences and genes, genes and proteins and proteins and diseases.
