一、前言用输血方法进行家禽无性杂交,始于苏比科夫(1948),勃拉泰诺夫也做过此项试验(1950),均获得良好效果。我们进行了家鸡输血杂交的目的,是希望通过此种过程,培育出高产的抗病性强的家鸡新品种,为祖国的养禽事业解除疾病的威胁,开辟广阔的新道路。原订计划是用六年的时间完成全部试验。这个计划经党政领导同意并大力支持下,工作得到顺利进行。工作开始于1955年春季,到现在整整进行了四年,获得了无性杂种第四代。1955年杂种第一代的表现,已刊载于“农业学报”第七卷第二期(1956年5月)。1956年,杂种第二代的变化,大体与第一代相似,变化程度有所增进。因此,除做了鸡卵蛋白质的含
I. INTRODUCTION Asexual crossbreeding of poultry using blood transfusions started with Subickov (1948) and Bretnov also did this experiment (1950) with good results. The purpose of our blood transfusion is to hopefully, through such a process, we can cultivate a new strain of high-yield, highly disease-resistant domestic chicken and open up a vast new path for the poultry diseases in the motherland to lift the disease.
