目的观察大鼠重度心肌挫伤后不同时间段挫伤区周围心肌细胞的COX-2阳性染色强度变化与损伤后经过时间之间的关系。方法运用免疫组织化学技术(SABC法),结合计算机彩色图像分析技术观察大鼠实验性重度心肌挫伤后COX-2的染色变化。结果 COX-2参与了重度心肌挫伤后细胞的损伤.结论心肌挫伤后的时序性变化规律使COX-2有可能成为重度心肌挫伤时间推断的客观指标以及生前伤和死后伤的鉴别指标。
Objective To observe the relationship between the change of COX-2 positive staining intensity and the elapsed time after myocardial contusion in contusion area of rats at different time points after severe myocardial contusion. Methods Immunohistochemistry (SABC method) combined with computer color image analysis technique was used to observe the change of COX-2 staining after experimental myocardial contusion in rats. Results COX-2 was involved in the cell injury after severe myocardial contusion.Conclusion The temporal change of myocardial contusion may make COX-2 an objective index for inferring the time of severe myocardial contusion and the identification index of pre-injury and post-injury.
