叉车倾斜缸通常采用双作用液压缸,用于控制门架的前倾和后倾。门架前倾有利于装卸货物,门架后倾可防止货物在搬运途中滑落,以保证叉车行驶的稳定和安全。根据叉车最大载质量和最大起升高度的不同,门架前、后倾斜角度也不相同。为控制叉车门架前、后倾角度,通常是在活塞杆上安装不同长度的调整套,通过控制倾斜缸前、后倾时活塞杆的行程,达到调整门架倾斜角度的目的。1.存在问题某叉车原倾斜缸前部结构如图1所示。为了防止调整套滑动,倾斜缸采用的固定方法是在调整套上打螺纹孔,通
Truck tilt cylinders are usually double-acting cylinders designed to control the mast forward and backward. Leaning forward of the gantry facilitates the loading and unloading of goods, and the gantry backward prevents the goods from slipping off during handling so as to ensure the stability and safety of the forklift. According to the maximum load capacity of the truck and the maximum lifting height, the gantry before and after the tilt angle is not the same.
