采用 14天鸡胚股骨无血清培养、5 -溴尿嘧啶核苷 (Brd U)掺入标记和细胞核增殖抗原 (PCNA)免疫染色方法 ,研究转化生长因子 - β(TGF- β)对骺软骨细胞增殖的作用。结果显示 :Brd U阳性软骨细胞数目与分布部位与 TGF- β作用剂量和时间密切相关 ,TGF- β可以促进骺板成熟区和肥大区软骨细胞增殖 ,与 Brd U标记相比 ,PCNA阳性细胞分布区域和数目远多于前者 ,根据染色情况可以将 PCNA阳性细胞分为 S期和非 S期细胞两种。结论 :TGF- β参与和调节骺软骨各部位软骨细胞增殖活动 ,并能诱导非增殖软骨细胞表达 PCNA,用 PCNA作为细胞增殖的指标是不适宜的。

It is not appropriate to use PCNA as an indicator of cell proliferation.
