In order to implement the “Several Policies on Encouraging the Development of the Integrated Circuit Industry in the Software Industry” and to promote the development of China’s integrated circuit industry, the National IC Industry Working Conference was held in Shanghai on September 17th. This edition specially visited the conference. The following are the reports of the meeting and related materials. The material of the meeting will be published one after another.
