目的探讨包皮组织中TK1、ARPC2蛋白的表达和HPV感染情况。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测70例8~60岁男性包皮组织中TK1和ARPC2蛋白的表达情况;PCR和导流杂交检测包皮组织中HPV感染状况。结果 70例包皮组织中TK1,ARPC2,HPV阳性表达率分别为:74.28%,77.14%,17.14%;检测出5种HPV亚型:6型(3例)、11型(4例)、16型(2例)、18型(1例)、44型(1例),16/11型混合感染(1例);19~60岁男性包皮组织中TK1、ARPC2的阳性率分别为81.81%、83.63%;8~18岁男性包皮组织中TK1、ARPC2的阳性率分别为46.67%、53.33%,表达差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.62,P=0.01;χ2=6.14,P=0.02);伴有临床症状者包皮组织中TK1、ARPC2的阳性率均为100%、100%;单纯包皮过长和包茎组织中TK1、ARPC2的的阳性率分别为67.86%、71.43%,其表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HPV感染与TK1、ARPC2表达呈正相关(r=0.268,P=0.025;r=0.248,P=0.039)。结论包皮组织中TK1和ARPC2的表达水平较高,提示包皮组织增殖活跃;HPV感染和TK1、ARPC2的表达呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of TK1 and ARPC2 protein in foreskin and HPV infection. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of TK1 and ARPC2 proteins in 70 cases of 8 ~ 60 year-old male foreskin tissues. The HPV infection status in foreskin was detected by PCR and flow-through hybridization. Results The positive rates of TK1, ARPC2 and HPV in 70 cases of foreskin were 74.28%, 77.14% and 17.14% respectively. Five HPV subtypes were detected: type 6 (3 cases), type 11 (4 cases), type 16 (2 cases), 18 cases (1 case), 44 cases (1 case) and 16/11 mixed infection (1 case). The positive rates of TK1 and ARPC2 in the male foreskin from 19 to 60 years old were 81.81% and 83.63 %. The positive rates of TK1 and ARPC2 in males of 8-18 years old were 46.67% and 53.33%, respectively (χ2 = 7.62, P = 0.01; χ2 = 6.14, P = 0.02) The positive rates of TK1 and ARPC2 in clinical symptoms of foreskin were 100% and 100% respectively. The positive rates of TK1 and ARPC2 in the preputial prepuce and phimosis were 67.86% and 71.43%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). HPV infection and TK1, ARPC2 expression was positively correlated (r = 0.268, P = 0.025; r = 0.248, P = 0.039). Conclusion The expression of TK1 and ARPC2 in foreskin is high, which indicates that the proliferation of foreskin is active. The HPV infection is positively correlated with the expression of TK1 and ARPC2.
