通过不同温度下的烘干试验,找出了理想的干燥温度,提出了两阶段干燥工艺-干燥和予干燥同步进行的烘干方式,并对不同烘干方式进行了湿热分析、计算,结果表明两阶段干燥方式能够有效的利用热能,可使太阳能集热采光面积减少一半,造价为国内同类烘干装置的1/2或1/3.
Through the drying test at different temperatures, the ideal drying temperature was found out, and the two-stage drying process-drying and pre-drying drying methods were put forward. The different drying methods were analyzed by hygrothermal method and the results were shown. The two-stage drying method can effectively use heat energy, and can reduce the solar heat collection area by half, and the cost is 1/2 or 1/3 of the domestic similar drying equipment.
