随着社会的发展,企业所面临的的法律风险表现出的不确定性、多样性、复杂性、广泛性已经越来越深入人心。法律风险作为企业风险的一种,已经成为企业风险管理的一个重要内容,健全法律风险防范机制目前已被要求作为企业法制工作中心任务和提升企业竞争力的战略任务。本文从刑事法律风险的内外因进行分析,结合国内实际和具体国情,对未来企业防控刑事法律风险、提出健全刑事法律风险防控体系一些对策。 With the development of society, the legal risks faced by enterprises show more uncertainty, diversity, complexity and extensiveness. As a kind of enterprise risk, legal risk has become an important part of enterprise risk management. A sound legal risk prevention mechanism has now been demanded as a strategic task of the center of corporate legal work and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. This article analyzes the internal and external causes of criminal legal risk, and combines domestic actual conditions and specific national conditions to prevent and control criminal legal risks for future enterprises and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the criminal legal risk prevention and control system.
