目的:研究海南益智茎叶中有机酸类化学成分。方法:海南益智茎叶用95%乙醇提取后,依次用石油醚、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,对石油醚萃取部位和三氯甲烷萃取部位采用各种色谱方法进行分离、纯化,通过理化性质和波谱分析对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从海南益智茎叶中分离得到了10个有机酸类化合物,分别鉴定为对羟基桂皮酸(1),香草酸(2),原儿茶酸(3),对羟基苯甲酸(4),肉豆蔻酸(5),棕榈酸(6),β-谷甾醇棕榈酸酯(7),花生酸(8),二十二烷酸(9)和二十八烷酸(10)。结论:化合物1~10均为首次从该植物茎叶中分离得到。
Objective: To study organic acids in stems and leaves of Hainan puzzle. Methods: The stems and leaves of Hainan puzzle were extracted with 95% ethanol, followed by extraction with petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol. The fractions of petroleum ether extraction and chloroform extraction were separated by various chromatographic methods , And the isolated compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Ten organic acids were isolated from stems and leaves of Hainan puzzle and identified as p-hydroxycinnamic acid (1), vanillic acid (2), protocatechuic acid (3), p-hydroxybenzoic acid Myristic acid, palmitic acid, β-sitosterol palmitate, arachidic acid, behenic acid and octacosanoic acid. Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 10 were isolated from the stems and leaves of this plant for the first time.
