我们将95例正常初产妇随机分成两组,给50例初产妇产后脐静脉推注催产素,另45例产后常规肌注催产素,观察两组产妇第三产程及产后出血情况。结果表明,脐静脉推注催产素较常规肌注催产素对缩短第三产程,减少产后出血可获较满意效果。现报告如下。一、资料来源将我院1993年6月～11月正常收入院的初产妇95例随机分成两组,其中观察组
We randomly divided 95 normal primiparous women into two groups, 50 for primiparous umbilical vein injection of oxytocin and 45 for intramuscular oxytocin. The third trimester and postpartum hemorrhage were observed. The results showed that umbilical intravenous oxytocin than conventional intramuscular oxytocin to shorten the third stage of labor, reduce postpartum hemorrhage can be more satisfactory results.
