Four divers conducted helium-oxygen saturation diving experiments in the hyperbaric chamber. Diving depth of 350m, diving tour depth of 374m. Divers are free to eat and drink water and eat fortified vitamin foods. Pressurized protein, reduced fat intake, reduced pressure began to gradually reduce the amount of food intake, but energy and protein intake to meet consumption needs. Body weight, body fat, upper arm muscle circumference, total serum protein, albumin, free amino acids, total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, Low density lipoprotein, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc and other content were not significantly different, under high pressure urine nitrogen emissions decreased gradually, while the proportion of nitrogen intake increased. After high-pressure exposure serum sodium increased serum potassium decreased, but all within the normal range. 24-hour urinary mineral output in addition to the gradual reduction of potassium emissions, no significant changes have been seen. Vitamin load experiment 4 hours urine in the average vitamins excretion were normal levels. However, in the high-pressure environment, 4-pyridoxine appeared in the subjects, the deficient levels of riboflavin were released, and the thiamine output was less than the marginal level. After increasing the supply of vitamins, 4 vitamins are all normal or adequate levels of discharge. Four divers in the pressure before and after no signs of lack of nutrition. The above results show that the divers are in good nutritional status and nutrition support is successful during the 350-meter Helium-Oxygen Simulated Saturation Diving.
