本文对1990~1996年5月经颅脑CT扫描,心电图(ECG)、心肌酶谱检查的586例脑卒中病人,经X~2检验脑出血(CH)与脑梗塞(CI)对ECG的影响,基底节-丘脑左侧缓慢心律失常多见,右侧快速心律失常多见,两侧差异显著,P<0.05。左右侧大脑皮质对其差异无显著性,P>0.05。心肌酶谱升高以CPK及CPK-MB升高明显。病变性质对其影响差异无显著性。病变部位呈“同心圆性改变”。发病原理主要是与脑卒中导致脑水肿,儿茶酚胺分泌增加造成心肌损害、自主神经活性降低等有关。
In this paper, we analyzed the effect of cerebral hemorrhage (CH) and cerebral infarction (CI) on ECG in 586 stroke patients who underwent brain CT scan, electrocardiogram (ECG) and myocardial enzyme spectrum from 1990 to May 1996, Basal ganglia - thalamic left common arrhythmia more common right ventricular arrhythmia more common, significant difference between the two sides, P <0.05. Left and right cerebral cortex no significant difference between them, P> 0.05. Myocardial enzymes increased to CPK and CPK-MB increased significantly. There was no significant difference in the nature of the lesions. Lesions showed “concentric changes.” The pathogenesis is mainly associated with cerebral stroke caused by cerebral edema, increased catecholamine secretion caused by myocardial damage, decreased autonomic activity and so on.
