研究了渗碳温度、淬火温度和冷却介质对10钢渗氮—渗碳复合热处理的硬化层深度和硬度的影响,并与单一处理作了对比。试验结果表明,渗氮—渗碳复合热处理是低碳钢表面强化的有效工艺,值得进一步研究。
The effects of carburizing temperature, quenching temperature and cooling medium on the depth and hardness of the hardened layer of 10 steel by nitriding-carburizing heat treatment were studied and compared with the single treatment. The experimental results show that the nitriding-carburizing composite heat treatment is an effective process for strengthening the surface of mild steel and deserves further study.
