美国诗人华莱士·史蒂文斯(Wallace Stevens,1879—1955)与中国诗歌有着重要的渊源关系:一方面,早期的史蒂文斯深受中国古典诗歌、美学、文化的影响,其诗集《簧风琴》就是最明显的证据;另一方面,那些深受中国影响的诗作,在翻译成汉语之后得到了汉语读者的喜爱,让当代中国诗人受到了极大的震撼。有意味的是,针对此关系,国内很多学者津津乐道于中国古典诗 The American poet Wallace Stevens (1879-1955) has an important relationship with Chinese poetry: On the one hand, early Stevens was deeply influenced by classical Chinese poetry, aesthetics and culture, and his poetry collection “Reed organ” is the most obvious evidence. On the other hand, the poems influenced by China have been favored by Chinese readers after being translated into Chinese, which has greatly shocked contemporary Chinese poets. What is interesting is that in view of this relationship, many domestic scholars relish in classical Chinese poetry
