采用有限单元法,模拟了连续油管ERW直焊缝与TIG环焊缝交汇处T型接头残余应力场的分布情况。结果表明,焊接残余应力集中分布在两种焊缝附近,最大残余应力出现在TIG焊缝起焊位置。由于ERW直焊缝经历了两种热处理过程,使得该焊缝附近残余应力较小,最大应力约为220MPa;TIG焊缝未经历任何热处理过程,因此焊接残余应力较大,最大应力约为628MPa。由此说明热处理技术能够较好地消除焊接残余应力。
The finite element method was used to simulate the distribution of residual stress field in the T-joint at the intersection of coiled tubing ERW and TIG girth welds. The results show that the welding residual stress concentrated in the vicinity of the two kinds of weld, the maximum residual stress appears in the TIG weld starting position. As the ERW straight seam undergoes two kinds of heat treatment process, the residual stress near the weld is small, the maximum stress is about 220MPa; TIG weld does not undergo any heat treatment process, so the welding residual stress is larger, the maximum stress is about 628MPa. This shows that heat treatment technology can better eliminate welding residual stress.
