由甲基丙烯酸乙酯(EMA)增容的低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)橡胶的共混体是一种有效的耐热电缆绝缘材料。文中研究了该共混体的各种电性能、力学性能及热性能。结果表明,该共混体可用作耐热绝缘材料,与硅橡胶绝缘材料相比,它具有较好的性价比。
Blends of low density polyethylene (LDPE) and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) rubber, compatibilized with ethyl methacrylate (EMA), are an effective heat resistant cable insulation. In this paper, the blend of various electrical properties, mechanical properties and thermal properties. The results show that the blend can be used as a heat-resistant insulating material, which has better cost performance than silicone rubber insulating material.
