下颔无名孔内穿行的血管、神经对下颌的血液供应、下颌骨侧支循环的建立及下颌的神经支配、下颌牙齿麻醉有重要的理论和临床意义。本文用１００例成人下颌骨，用不同型号的针灸针、注射针头和铁钉，以恰好插入无名孔为准，测量其直径（孔径）、观测方向、用游标卡尺测量孔的位置。最后，讨论了下颌无名孔在下颌血液供应、神经支配方面的重要意义。
The blood vessels passing through the anonymous hole in the lower abdomen, the blood supply to the lower abdomen, the establishment of the mandibular collateral circulation and the innervation of the mandible, the mandibular dental anesthesia have important theoretical and clinical significance. In this paper, with 100 adult mandibles, with different types of acupuncture needles, needles and nails, just insert anonymous hole prevail, measure its diameter (aperture), observation direction, with a vernier caliper to measure the position of the hole. Finally, the importance of the mandibular anonymous hole in supplying blood to the lower jaw and the innervation of nerves are discussed.
