鸡蛋的产销有明显的旺季和淡季,造成供求上的矛盾。况且,在高温季节鸡蛋极易腐败变质,失去食用价值。因此,鸡蛋保鲜是国内外都十分重视的项目之一,其中有非常可观的经济效益。目前不利用致冷设备以保鲜剂进行保鲜,是个很有前途的研究方向,鉴于此,我们自行设计并制备了复合保鲜剂,并于1986年3月4日至8月28日对少量鸡蛋进行了保鲜实验,历时近六个月,保鲜初见成效。
Egg production and marketing have obvious peak season and off-season, resulting in contradiction between supply and demand. Moreover, the eggs in the hot season vulnerable to spoilage, loss of food value. Therefore, the preservation of eggs is one of the most important projects both at home and abroad, among which there are very substantial economic benefits. At present, it is a promising research direction that refrigeration equipment is not used to preserve fresh food. In view of this, we designed and prepared a composite preservative and carried out a small amount of eggs from March 4 to August 28, 1986 The preservation experiment, which lasted nearly six months, fresh initial success.
