笔者从场域理论的研究视角出发分析了组织团队中隐性知识与绩效管理的关系路径,特别分析了以行为为导向的关系绩效和以结果为导向的任务绩效。建立以关系绩效为中介变量的分析模型,通过对31个团队的实证研究,运用验证性结构方程模型方法分析了理论假设,并从场域理论的视角分析,提出了相应的对策建议。
From the perspective of field theory, the author analyzes the relationship between tacit knowledge and performance management in organizational teams, and analyzes behavior-oriented relationship performance and result-oriented task performance in particular. Through the empirical research of 31 teams and the use of the method of confirmatory structural equation modeling, this paper analyzes the theoretical hypotheses. Based on the analysis of field theory, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
