应用气相-质谱联用技术从中药牛蒡子挥发油中分离和鉴定了66个化学成分。这些化学成分的含量占挥发油总量的90.8%,其中R和S-胡薄荷酮含量较高(分别为17.38%和7.59%),是主要的化学成分。
Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to separate and identify 66 chemical constituents from volatile oil of Arctium lappa. The content of these chemical components accounted for 90.8% of the total volatile oil, in which the R and S-pulegone contents were high (17.38% and 7.59%, respectively) and were the main chemical components.
