随着工业自动化的迅速发展,作为其重要组成部分的变频器得到广泛的应用。变频器工作性能的稳定性直接影响自动控制系统的控制精度和使用效率,故如何提高其使用效果的问题也日显突出。作好变频器的故障分析和检测工作,既可以提高设备运行水平,降低设备维修费用,又能提高设备维护人员分析问题、解决问题的能力,积累现场工作经验,提高其故障诊断能力,从而缩短设备维护、维修的时间,提高其工作效率。在变频器使用过程中,变频器过电流故障是常见故障之一,下面就变频器过电流方面的问题进行探讨。
