教育生态学为我们提供了一个更加特殊的角度,使得人们在进行教育研究时,能够看到更多的层次,使得教育发展更加丰富。而幼教管理与一般的教育管理不同,其面临的对象从理解到知识结构都相对较弱,从而使得其在沟通中,可能会存在一定的障碍。这就导致我国当前幼教管理存在一定的缺失,这对于幼儿的发展具有十分不利的影响。而教育生态学提供的这个特殊的角度,可以有效地去解决这些问题,本文从教育生态学对于幼教管理的影响着手,并提出对应的应用模式,进而列举出具体的措施,希望能够有效地改变我国幼教管理的现状。
Educational ecology provides us with a more special perspective, enabling people to see more levels in education and research and make education development richer. However, the management of early childhood education is different from that of general education and management, and the subjects it faces are relatively weak from understanding to knowledge structure, so that there may be some obstacles in their communication.
