组培苗由类似于工业化的实验室生产出来以后,如直接移入苗圃栽培,会因苗体纤弱、苗根少、抗病性及适应性差等缺点,适应不了环境的变化,极易生长不良,甚至大量死亡,从而造成不必要的损失。笔者通过多次实验,发现采用以无土栽植为核心的组培苗过渡栽培方法效果颇佳。现将其简介如下,供大家参考。一、炼苗把组培苗取出在室温下锻炼2~3天,使其逐渐适应大田环境温度,以备取出分栽。二、栽苗 1.准备工作 (1)培养地:选水平地面建一高约15厘米的水池,用砖块砌成长方形,内铺塑料薄膜保水。池宽视盆钵大小而定(一般1.2米),以利管理。(2)培
