本文采用ABC免疫组织化学方法,研究了40例壶腹癌标本的ABH(O)血型抗原的表达。结果显示,75%的癌细胞的ABH(O)抗原的表达减弱或消失,其中高分化乳头状及管状腺癌ABH(O)抗原的阳性表达,明显高于低分化腺癌(P<0.01)。在镜下随机观察的100个视野中,高分化的高柱状癌细胞及其构成的乳头状癌巢ABH(O)抗原阳性表达,明显高于未分化的多形性及纺锤形癌细胞及其构成的条索状或弥漫分布的癌巢(P<0.01)。作者认为,ABH(O)抗原表达与细胞分化程度相关,对癌的形态学诊断中恶性度判定及鉴别交界性病变提供参考。
In this study, ABC immunohistochemistry was used to study the expression of ABH (O) blood group antigens in 40 cases of ampullary carcinoma. The results showed that the expression of ABH (O) antigen in 75% of the cancerous cells weakened or disappeared, and the positive expression of ABH (O) antigen in highly differentiated papillary and tubular adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma (P <0.01) . In 100 fields under random microscope, the highly differentiated, high-grade cancer cells and the positive expression of ABH (O) antigen in their constructed papillary carcinoma were significantly higher than those in undifferentiated pleomorphic and spindle-shaped cancer cells and their Formed a cord-like or diffuse distribution of cancer nests (P <0.01). The authors believe that the expression of ABH (O) antigen is related to the degree of cell differentiation, which provides a reference for the determination of malignancy and the identification of borderline lesions in the morphological diagnosis of cancer.
