采用兔肺泡巨噬细胞体外培养方法,选用细胞死亡率、乳酸脱氢酶活性、溶血活性等指标,研究了铀矿尘、岩石粉尘、煤矿粉尘、烟囱沉降灰和超细镍粉的细胞毒性。以标准石英粉为基准,求得几种粉尘的相对毒性指数和综合毒性指数。几种粉尘的综合毒性指数依次为0.6266、0.4966、0.4667、0.4846、0.3097。
The cytotoxicity of uranium dust, rock dust, coal dust, chimney sedimentation ash and ultrafine nickel powder were studied by using rabbit alveolar macrophages cultured in vitro and cell death rate, lactate dehydrogenase activity and hemolytic activity. Based on standard quartz powder, the relative toxicity index and comprehensive toxicity index of several kinds of dust were obtained. The comprehensive toxicity index of several dusts were 0.6266,0.4966,0.4667,0.4846,0.3097.
