对机加石墨型的特性及红外加热原理进行了分析,经试验确定了红外预热铸型工艺。设计制作了红外预热装置,确定了最佳预热工艺。经流动性试验确定最佳的预热温度为350~400℃。通过该工艺生产的相机镜座等铸件消除了铸件表面冷隔、皱褶等缺陷,提高了铸件质量,满足了技术条件要求。
The characteristics of machined graphite type and the principle of infrared heating were analyzed. The technology of infrared preheating mold was confirmed. Design and manufacture of infrared preheater, to determine the best preheating process. The liquidity test to determine the best preheating temperature of 350 ~ 400 ℃. Through the process of production of the camera lens holder and other castings to eliminate the casting surface cold, wrinkles and other defects, improve the casting quality, to meet the technical requirements.
