提出了省级电力遥视系统的三级体系构架,并分析了系统的主要功能。采用两台主机分别采集视频信息和动力环境信号;通过安装插件和采用IEC104规约解决子站不同类型主机接入主站的问题;研发了分布式级联流媒体服务器集群技术以解决视频流的多级转发和负载均衡问题,并讨论了系统的数据传输过程。遥视系统具有运行监控和安全防范两大功能,是无人值班变电站的基础性系统。
Proposed a three-level architecture of provincial power tele-vision system and analyzed the main functions of the system. Two hosts are used to collect video information and dynamic environment signals separately. The problem of access to the master station by different plug-ins and sub-stations using IEC104 protocol is solved through the installation of plug-in unit. A distributed cascade streaming media server cluster technology is developed to solve the problem of multiple video streams Level forwarding and load balancing issues, and discussed the system data transfer process. Telemetry system has two functions of operation monitoring and safety precautions, it is the basic system of unattended substation.
