据国务院法制办官网消息,为促进和规范公益广告发展,国家工商总局起草了《公益广告促进和管理暂行办法(征求意见稿)》,现向社会公开征求意见。意见反馈截止时间为2014年6月8日。征求意见稿规定,公益广告内容应当与商业广告内容相区别,商业广告中涉及社会责任内容的,不属于公益广告。公益广告禁止出现商品或商业服务名称、商标标识、联系方式以及任何与宣传、推销商品或商业服务有关的内容。
According to the official website of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, in order to promote and regulate the development of public service advertisements, SAIC drafted the Interim Measures for the Promotion and Management of Public Service Ads (Draft for Comment), and solicited comments from the public. Feedback deadline for June 8, 2014. The draft release stipulates that public service advertising content should be different from the content of commercial advertising, commercial advertising involving social responsibility, does not belong to public service ads. Public service announcements prohibit the display of names of goods or services, trade mark marks, contact information, and any content related to advertising, merchandising or commercial services.
