随着广西电信IPTV业务的迅猛发展,使用投诉量也在呈上升趋势,承载IPTV业务涉及节目源、平台、网络、终端等众多环节,加上支撑系统不够完善,造成当前条件下故障处理耗时费力,后端维护部门压力巨大。为解决维护中的诸多问题,本文针对广西电信现网中IPTV维护支撑系统存在的问题进行分析,探讨如何利用Hadoop+Spark的大数据分析技术来优化,并结合光宽端到端系统来诊断IPTV故障,提高故障处理效率,指导网络优化,进而实现提升IPTV业务感知。
With the rapid development of IPTV services in Guangxi Telecom, the volume of complaints is also on the rise. IPTV services involve numerous links such as program sources, platforms, networks and terminals, and inadequate support systems, resulting in the time-consuming troubleshooting of current conditions Laborious, back-end maintenance department pressure. In order to solve many problems in maintenance, this paper analyzes the existing problems of IPTV maintenance support system in the current network of Guangxi Telecom, and discusses how to utilize the big data analysis technology of Hadoop + Spark to optimize and combine the optical end-to-end system to diagnose IPTV Fault, improve troubleshooting efficiency, guide the network optimization, and thus enhance the perception of IPTV services.
